In December of 1999, it was announced that Russell's Meat Market, 651 South King St., would close after 90 years in business. Bob Chinn purchased the business in 1978. It was previously owned by the Russell family and opened in 1909 by William Russell. This space is currently occupied by Tik Tak, a neighborhood dessert and bubble tea shop.
