LIVE AND SILENT AUCTION
Rumors are buzzing about the incredible art, wine, and special experiences we’ve lined up for this year’s auction! Items are now available for preview, and bidding will start on Monday, March 7th Silent auction bidding will close on Sunday March 13th at 6:30 PM Pacific. Don’t forget, clocks turn over for daylight savings time!
You must be a registered guest to bid in either the Silent or Live Auction. The Silent Auction will be online for both in-person and virtual guests. The Live Auction will take place at the Sheraton, but virtual attendees will have the opportunity to bid in the Live Auction via proxy bidding. Proxy bid forms are to be filled and submitted to the Development team no later than NOON on Sunday, March 13 2022 Pacific Time.
PROXY BID RULES
1. Proxy/absentee bid(s) will be accepted on auction items available for preview at https://wingluke2022.ggo.bid/bidding/package-browse
2. Proxy/absentee bid(s) will be accepted only on absentee bid form(s) and the required information indicated must be provided.
3. To be valid, the proxy/absentee bid form(s) must be completed, signed and received by the Development Office by NOON on SUNDAY, MARCH 13, 2022. We will not accept any new bids after that time.
4. Proxy/absentee bids will be entered in the amount you indicate or the next lowest amount called for at the auction. Your proxy/absentee bid amount will not be exceeded, so it is important you place the desired amount.
5. Credit card information and authorization must be provided on this form in order for your proxy registration to be valid. Payment transaction for proxy/absentee bid purchased items will occur within seven days of your being notified that you are the successful bidder.
6. Shipping or pick-up arrangements will be required upon notification. If pick-up is the preferred method, Development staff will confirm a date and time for your pickup window. All shipping costs will be paid by the successful bidder and may arrive in multiple shipments for multiple items won. We cannot store auction items beyond July 31, 2022
7. If you are notified that you are the successful bidder for intangible or certificate items, you will be notified either by email or by immediate contact during the live auction lot.
8. All auction rules printed in the auction catalog or posted at the auction site apply to proxy/absentee bid purchased items. These proxy/absentee bid rules prevail if any conflict exists between these proxy/absentee bid rules and the auction rules.
