In the face of hatred towards Asians, my answer is my fierce pride for my heritage, culture, and identity. I love the parts of me that come from being Asian American, and it is precisely that which gives me resilience during these times of fear and hardship.

Yellow may be the color of others’ hatred, but with this design I choose to make it the color of hope, pride, and joyful sunshine.
